What can I return?
- Custom made Products are not applicable for Return/Exchange.
- You may exchange the sizes of any Products purchased from Sionnah that was ready to ship and in unused condition.
- Products purchased during or on sale will not be eligible.
- If there are any manufacturing defects, a photo of the damaged item should be sent to email@example.com within 24 hours of the deliver
- Who pays for shipping
- We will schedule a pickup for the product where it was delivered. Don’t worry. If we are unable to schedule a pickup, please send the product with original packaging on the address given below.

When will I get my refund?
We will exchange or give a gift card or store credit. No refunds. Sorry.
The store credit will reflect in your online wallet once you return the garment.
Your credit must be used to make another purchase within 3 months. Post this time period the credit will expire.
The amount in the wallet cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
