Cancellation

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellation beyond 24 hours will be accepted. Any order cancellation after 24 hours will be exclusive at the approval of sionnah.com and refund will only be in form of store credit. You can mail us at support@sionnah.com for any cancellation request. Products ordered during our sale cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

Sale

The product ordered during our sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. No coupons are applicable on the products on sale.

Face time or WhatsApp call order

1. The products ordered during face time or WhatsApp call cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.
2. No discount is available on products purchased via Face time or WhatsApp
3. Products purchased on face time or WhatsApp will be eligible for returns only if there are any manufacturing defects. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.
