Return/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.

What can I return?

You may return any product bought from our website within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in new condition and must have original label and packaging. If there are any manufacturing defects, a photo of the damaged item should be sent to care@sionnah.com within 24 hours of the delivery.

Can I return the products purchased during the sale?

Products purchased during or on sale will be eligible for return only if there are any manufacturing defects.

Who pays for shipping?

We will schedule a pickup for the product where it was delivered. Don’t worry. If we are unable to schedule a pickup, please send the product with original packaging on the address given below.

Mail us the receipt of the same. We will inform you and reimburse you once we get the product.

When will I get my refund?

We will exchange or give a gift card or store credit. No refunds. Sorry.
